I realised that my website was a bit impersonal, that I was not providing as much information as I could.
I have now tried to provide this and hope it is helpful. I have also offered a 10% discount for anyone who wants to pay for 4 sessions up front.
Often therapy will take more than one session otherwise it does not have lasting results. Time must be given for both therapist and client to get to know each other - to see if its a good fit.
To do a proper assessment and develop apply takes time. To give yourself the best possible chance of success you need to be committed to see it though. By doing this you will know that you have done the right thing for you
